Self-Care Series: 40-Day Challenge (Day-31)

Hugs are an important Self-Care tip. One of the simplest prescriptions for human kind is physical touch. We should shoot for 15 hugs a day. Hugs increase our endorphin levels, reduce stress and increase our immunity. We have been hug/touch deprived for the past 18 months which means we need to be more creative in virtually hugging people. although there is no replacement for human touch, we can still, “reach out and touch,” people. Write letters, send pictures, tell people you love them and send teddy bears!!!
