Self-Care Series: 40-Day Challenge (Day-32)

Yesterday I told you about the importance of hugs and today I am going to remind you that about the importance of laughter. We need 15 belly laughs a day (the ones where your sides hurt), to maintain good health. When you are playing games it is impossible not to laugh. Games, especially old-fashioned board games are a great way to socialize, step away from technology, increase your brain power and laugh. So break out your favorite board games and get started.
