Self-Care Series: 40-Day Challenge (Day-36)

This is a tough one. How disciplined are you on a day to day basis? Having self-discipline can reduce your stress level dramatically. Did you know that having self-discipline actually increases your self-esteem? We feel better about ourselves when we accomplish things we set out to do. 


Keep a to do journal, make a list on your phone. Add apps like MyFitnessPal, get an accountability partner, make a contract. Whatever works for you. Make a plan, or set a goal and stick to it.
