It seems obvious that healthy nutrition would be considered self-care, but sadly to so many people it’s not. Our dinner for tonight consisted of healthy multi-colored vegetables (variety is the spice of life when it comes to choosing vegetables to eat), healthy fats/protein in the way of fish and the olive oil we used on the salad and healthy carbs/ protein in the roasted chick peas. And what’s for dessert? Well dark chocolate of course. Weighing in at 88% cacao, this chocolate provides a powerful antioxidant–but don’t overdo, too much of a good thing you know 😊. Let’s not forget the tea (decaf at this hour). Remember to chew your food at least 20 times per bit and eat in a calm stress free environment. Bon appétit.
