Do What You Love

Think about how long you spend at work; 40 hours per week, 60 hours per week? That’s a lot of time especially if you don’t like what you do. We know that people who “hate” their job suffer from depression at a far greater rate than those who love what they do. Self-Care tip #7; do what you love.
